Hiking - The West Coast Trail
The West Coast Trail is a 75km thru hike which runs along the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I spent 5 days on the trail from Port Renfrew to Bamfield. Its had its ups and downs but was one of the most tough and enjoyable hikes I’ve ever done. Enjoy my story and some images I captured along the way.

I left Ireland on May 9th, 2023. I'd known for a few years that I wanted to explore more of the world. I'd been saving for this big change for a while, but the rising cost of living and housing crisis in Ireland accelerated my desire to leave.

Bowen Island
In the summer of 2023, shortly after finding a place to live, I had my first visit to Bowen Island. It was during the peak of wildfire season in Canada, and the skies were an eerie shade of orange. Despite the unusual atmosphere, we decided to explore the island.
